Obituary of Merna Doreen Holbrook

Surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 at CEE Hospital of Bluewater Health, Petrolia; Merna Doreen Holbrook passed away at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Holbrook (2001). Dear mother of Terry (Denise) Holbrook, the late Gary (2009) Holbrook and Jim (Shelley) Holbrook. Cherished Grandma of Scott (Sharon) Holbrook, Nick (Meghan) Holbrook, Kim (Nick) White, Dale (Tanya) Holbrook, Pat Holbrook, Jacob Holbrook, Heather Holbrook and Laura (Jason) McPhail. Great grandmother to 9 wonderful great-grandchildren. Merna will be missed by her sister-in-law Eva Smith along with her extended family, many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF WATFORD on Monday, May 28th, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at DENNING’S on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
