Uncle George was a very special uncle to Mark and myself. He was always interested in our family and what our children are up to and how they were doing. We loved chatting with him and felt very special and close to Uncle George. We were very proud seeing him at the Sarnia Golf Club always willing to share his golf game. He was a well respected gentleman at the club. Our children loved chatting with Uncle George. We all will miss him very much and love him dearly. Aunt Carol and family our hearts go out to you all. Love you. XOXO Mark and Randi Houlihan and Family

Carol and Family:
Very saddened to learn of George's sudden passing. We were
very close early teenage friends and played many rounds of golf at SGCC,
and he usually beat me. Often we'd be joined by his Dad. I last saw him
a few years back at the club and learned of his family. A lot of pleasant
memories come back.
My condolences to you and the family at his loss.
Sincerely,
John Biehn

I just found out about George's passing. I've known George for many years and have shared so many conversations, laughs and stories over a few beers at the SGCC. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about uncle George's passing. He was a great uncle who always had a good joke to tell when he would stop by to see mom after a round at the club. He was always very nice to me and will be forever remembered as the special man he was. God bless

I was so sorry to hear about George’s death. I worked with him in Purchasing till he retired from Polysar. He was such a nice man and we had lots of fun in the office. We missed him after he retired but often talked about the amusing things that happened over the years. 6p632

I was so shocked to hear of George's passing on Friday. He was always nice to chat with. Always smiling whenever I saw him except when he was performing his duties as Sgt. at Arms and had to be serious. He did that job very well too. Carol and family, may your fond memories help you get through the very difficult time ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
