My Sincere Condolences to Vicky and Family during this trying time. Way too young to leave us!. I didn't know Dwayne on a personal level but rather more of a Peer level as we were both teenagers and young men around Watford. I admired that Dwayne was not fake but Genuine . You always knew where you stood with Dwayne. If he did or didn't like you he let you know. Guess i was always on his good guy side. lol.
