Obituary of Robert Charles McClung

It is with heavy hearts the family of Bob McClung announces his passing on May 6^th, 2019, surrounded by his family at the age of 73. Bob will be greatly missed by Darlene (late Alan) Woodfinden and family, Laura Smith and family, cousins Betty Higgins, and Carol (Dave) Morgan and family. Predeceased by his parents Sam and Leyden McClung. Our community will always remember Bob’s big heart, joy for life, and his great laughter. Bob was heavily involved and dedicated to the Watford Skating Club for 45 years. Bob owned and operated McClung’s Flowers for 16 years and continued to enjoy greeting the customers and helping where he was needed. Bob took great pride in his devoted role at Denning’s of Watford for over 14 years where he welcomed everyone with his warm hugs and contagious smile.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11^th, 2019 from 6:00p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 7:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF WATFORD. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made the Trinity Anglican Church, the Watford United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundations.
