Obituary of Hazel Peer

PEER, HAZEL MAE (NEE CALLOW) Passed away peacefully at Franklin Gardens Nursing Home in Leamington, Ontario on June 13, 2011 surrounded by her family at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late John Thomas Peer (1986). Predeceased by her two brothers Marvin, Russell Callow and her son Wayne Peer. She leaves behind her sister Jean Coleman; children Garry (Patricia) Peer, Gloria (Frank) Holden and Wendy (Bob) Caldwell. She will be remembered as "Gram" by her grandchildren Philip (Lorrie), Mark, Sean (Larra), Jason, Logan, Josh (Desiree), Nicole (Dave), Leona (Patrice), Heather (Kevin), Bobby (Melissa). Survived by daughter-in-law Lia. She will be missed by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Franklin Gardens Nursing Home and the staff for the care given to Hazel in her last few days. Hazel enjoyed many years of hair dressing from her home in Rodney, gardening and fishing. Friends may call at the RODNEY CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Thursday, June 16th, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8pm., where service will be held on Friday at 1pm, Pastor John Kenyon officiating.
