May 24 weekend always excited my grandma.. It ment the Grandbend Flea Market was open.. I always enjoyed going there with her.. June comes around, which ment STRAWBERRY picking, Grandma knew it was my favorite time of year because strawberries were my favorite.. After we went and picked a whole bunch of strawberries we would go home and wash them and package them.. This took up pretty much the whole day :)Grandpa always use to try and steal the strawberries, and we gave him trouble.. I always enjoyed watching her make blankets and she always did an amazing job at them, she made them for EVERYONE !! She always tried to show me how to do it, but i always messed it up..
Well I miss my grandma more then ever more and more each day.
Love you so much <3

Dave and Family, I was shocked and saddened to hear about the death of Eleanor. I know how close your family is and the loss must have come as tragic news. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Eleanor was such a lively, witty and wonderful person who would spread happiness all around her. I remember very vividly Eleanor yelling at Mike and I to stop running in the house and to go over to the tennis courts to play. She would do my nails when I was young and I always said that I wanted to have nails like her one day !!! There are so many memories that I could share about Eleanor and your family.... I wish there was any way to lessen your grief but I know that is impossible. May God bless your family and you during this difficult time. With my deepest sympathy, Lesley Mathers
