I was sorry to hear of Florence's passing.I have very fond memories of Florence. She was so kind and thoughtful-always thinking of others. If a person in the community was sick, she was always the first one to visit and she always took a gift. Florence was a very talented musician and she shared her talents at Warwick United Church every Sunday. She[along with my Dad]was a loyal choir member and she would also play the piano during the Sunday church service when Jean and Brenda were away. Florence was always young at heart and even when she was bedridden, she would still keep up with current events and she always showed a keen interest in what others were doing.[she always asked for Eleanore and our kids]. Her body got old but her spirit and faith never did. She will be missed! Bob O'Neil

Many years ago, ( perhaps 35) our daughter Helen was a piano student of "Mrs Main" and wasn't doing her practice enough to make real progress. It was likely in her 2nd or 3rd year that she decided not to practice. Just as Easter Break was ending I decided to go over and talk with Florence, and tell her I thought the lessons might as well be ended. Florence, met me at her door and started to laugh. She said " I think you have come to tell me what I was going to phone you about." You know what...she was right!
Florence was a lovely person, your memories of her will get you through this sad time. Our best George and Shirley Brouwer

Please accept my sympathies on the loss of your mother... She was a dear friend of my mother Audrey O'Neil and your parents visited back and forth along with my aunt and uncle Frances and George O'Neil. Your mother was a fine musician . Her struggle here on earth is over and it is a blessing even though you will miss her dearly.. Praying for strength for the days that follow for you and your families. Blessings Neila and her father, Mack Lawson
