Obituary of Frank Dolan

DOLAN, Frank - Born Thomas Frances Barry Dolan, July 1, 1935, raised near Nelson, N.B., retired UWO Professor, to his small rural property on Lake Erie near Rodney, Ontario. BSc. Geology, St. Frances Xavier Univerity, MSc Information Science, Georgia Technical Institute, and PhEd. University of Toronto. Passed peacefully in the early morning, Sept. 24, 2010 at the age of 75. The entire family is grateful that Frank was in Kathy's care at the time of his passing, after struggling with Parkinson's Disease. His ready smile, wit and colourful character will be missed. Dr. Dolan is survived by his wife of 48 years, Margaret Dolan, their four children, Pat, Michele, David and Kathy, and grandchildren Sandy, Callum and Lauren. Friends and family will be received at Padfield Funeral Homes in Rodney (519-785-0810), Thursday, Sept. 30th, 3:00 PM, a non-denominational service to follow at 4:00PM.
