Obituary of Charles Ambridge

AMBRIDGE, CHARLES Ambridge, Charles (Charlie) - It is with great sadness that the family of Charles Ambridge announces his peaceful passing in his 86th year on Tuesday, April 27th, 2010 in Forest, Ontario. Beloved husband of nearly 58 years to Joan and loving father of David (Janet), Jacqueline, Vivian (Gord) and Trevor (Faith). Proud grandfather of Kevin (Brandy), Bryan, Bronwen, Rebecca and William and great grandfather of Jullian and Hudson. Charles was born in Wales, saw service with the British Army during the Second World War and emigrated to Canada in 1954. He was a long time employee of Polymer Corporation in Sarnia and a past president of Petrosar Limited. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held privately. Arrangements entrusted to the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society or charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
