Obituary of Elsie Thompson

Elsie Thompson peacefully passed away on Monday March 19 at Spencer House in Orillia with her loving children Shirley (Jim),Tom (Linda) and Beth (Rob) at her side. She will be reunited with her husband Stan who predeceased her in 2003. They celebrated 57 wonderful years of marriage. Elsie was born 85 years ago in Strathroy and was raised as the oldest daughter of 8 children in the Brown family. She is survived by 5 loving brothers and sisters She will be lovingly remembered by her 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren who affectionately knew her as G G. She also received tremendous love and support from her extended family and friends. A visitation for friends and family will be available at the WATFORD CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Friday March 23 from 1:30 - 2:30. Funeral Services to follow at 2:30pm with Rev. Fr.
