Obituary of Kenneth Vance

Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, December 28th, 2009. Kenneth Gordon Vance of Forest in his 78th year. Ken is survived by his loving wife Norma Jean (nee Sheppard) of 55 years. Ken will be sadly missed by his children Vicki (Tom) Pembleton of Warwick, Tracy (Craig) Hill of Forest and Brad (Claire) Vance of Forest. Ken will be fondly remembered by his loving grandchildren Paul (Brenna), Alaina (Aaron), Jenna, Cody and Jamie. Ken is survived by sisters Alma Armstrong and Muriel (Vic) Bell and by sister in law Donna (Ernie) Armitage. Predeceased by brother Blake Vance, sister Doris (Ken) Hair and brothers in law Jack Armstrong and Allan MacKinlay. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS (9 James St. S.) on Tuesday, December 29th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Funeral Service from the chapel on Wednesday, December 30th, at 1pm. Interment to follow at Bethel Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
