Obituary of Orval Minielly

Orval L. Minielly of Forest passed away at North Lambton Lodge on May 22nd, 2009 in his 93rd year. Orval is predeceased by his parents William and Barbara Ann Minielly. Orval is predeceased by sister Marjorie Mason and brothers Arthur (Amy) and Francis (Helen Jean) Minielly. Fondly remembered by Ella Minielly and her family. Orval had nine nieces and nephews who will miss him. Orval and his cousin Earl owned Minielly & Minielly Menswear in the early 1940's on King St. in Forest, ON. Orval sold his share to Earl and joined the Navy. He served until the end of the war. Returning home he joined Ford of Canada and retired after 35 years. He returned to Forest for his retirement. He travelled throughout North America for many years with various camper vans. At Orval's request cremation has taken place. Family will gather at a later date.
