Obituary of Bob Hume

Peacefully with his wife of 41 years at his side at LHSC- Victoria Campus on Thursday, May 14th, 2009. Robert "Bob" William Hume of RR#5 Watford at age 66. Much loved and loving husband and best friend of Patricia (nee Ramsay). Cherished son of the late Bill and Marguerite (Clothier) Hume. Adored father of Robin (Mark) Van Bilsen, Nancy (fiancé Carlos) Hume, Jim Hume and Jodi Mosienko and David Hume and grandfather of Jacob, Jordan, Benjamin, Mark Henry and Ellaina and predeceased by grandson Joseph (2001). He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in law and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many friends, neighbours and relatives. Visitation will be held at the WATFORD CHAPEL of Denning Funeral Directors on Saturday, May 16th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Funeral Service on Sunday, May 17th at 2pm from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Christine O'Reilly officiating. Interment to follow at Warwick United Church Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
