Obituary of Gerald Walker

WALKER Gerald Newton "Gerry" Beech of Watford and formerly of the West Elgin area. Peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Monday, July 14th, 2008. Husband of Dorothy (McPherson) for 51 years. Survived by sons Wayne Clifford (Kelley), Blair Alexander (Sheryl), daughter Michelle Elizabeth Burnett (Rob) and grandsons Kevin Bruce and Alexander James Walker and predeceased by granddaughter Whitney Kathleen Walker (Jan. 1996). Also survived by his granddaughters Taylor Whitney, Molly Wynn and Madeleine Joy Burnett. Dear brother of Gloria Johnston, Ron (Marie), Bob (Shirley), Bill (Earla), brother in law of Roseanne Walker, Barb Walker, Caren Emery and Dunc McPherson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by brothers Ted, Harley, Beverly, Jack, Dennis, Gary and brother in law Bob Johnston. Friends may call at the West Lorne Chapel, 202 Main St., on Wednesday, July 16th, 2008 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted at the chapel on Thursday at 11 am. Rev. Christine O'Reilly officiating. Interment Evergreen cemetery.
