Andrew and I are first cousins just one year apart in age. I remember the first time we saw each other probably around 1956 or so when he arrived in Sault Ste. Marie from Scotland. He was dressed in a formal suit but with short pants. It was something I had never seen in the Soo though quite common in Europe. In those early years our families were often together. Andrew and I even worked together in the steel plant in the early 70’s. Even though our paths haven’t crossed very often since then I still have fond memories of our young lives together and am very saddened to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to his family.
