Obituary of Robert McLachlan

After a lengthy illness with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Thursday, April 10th, 2008 at the Norman Site of Bluewater Health (Sarnia). Robert "Bob" McLachlan of Watford in his 79th year. Bob is survived by his loving wife Ruth (Earley), sons Jim (Susan) of London, Dave of Sarnia and Stephen of Chatham. Grandchildren Peter, Brian, Michael, Julie and Patrick. Survived by sisters in law Isabel (Raymond, 2006) McLachlan of Wardsville and Marilyn (Karl) Loeb of Delaware. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Angus and Laura (Neill) McLachlan and sisters Helen, Jean and Shirley and brothers Neil and Raymond. Bob retired from Shell Refinery/Chem Site Sarnia with 36 years service. Visitation will be held at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford on Friday, April 11th, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Funeral Service at the Watford United Church on Saturday April 12th, at 1pm with Pastor Fred Darke officiating.
