Bill was one of my favorite people in Watford -In my view he was the smartest person that I knew there.My regular vis ts with him in the home,were always immensely enjoyable and informative. He had considerable knowledge about the history of the village and its citizens.. I am very saddened by his passing. He was an original who will not be replaceable.
