Kathy, I am so sorry for your loss. I know you had a wonderful life together. it was evident that you loved and cared for John. I am praying for the Lord's peace and strength at this sad time. We do not mourn as those who have no hope. May the Lord be your strength and comfort at this difficult time.
2 Corinthians1:3-5 ESV Blessed be the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, Who comforts us in all our affliction so that we are able to comfort those in any affliction with comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings so that through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.
