Obituary of Jim Boere

BOERE, JAMES Peacefully at home in Forest surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 7th, 2012 in his 78th year. Jim is survived by his loving wife Nancy (Vanos) of 53 years and by his family; Shirley and Brian Gill, Dave, Amy (Alberto); Betty and Rob Cowan, Leigh, Sandi and Mitchell; Jeff and Jenifer, Jake, Ryan and Michael; Paul and Lori, Ashley and Jesse. Brother to Emmie (Henry,1995) Leliveld, Harry (Joanne), Adrian (1973) (Zephie), John (Mary), Jean (Gerard) Poel, Joe (Nellie), Sister Mary, Peter (1980), Ted (2012) (Connie), Bill (2007) (Jo-Ann), Hans (Liz), Gerry (Ria) and brother-in-law to Bill (Han, 1996) Vanos, Peter (Nellie) Vanos, Tony (2004)(Bep) Vanos, John (2006)(Anne) Vanos, Diny (2005) Harry and Mary Beernink, Anny (John, 2003) Vandeschoot, Harry (Wilma) Vanos, Ted (Mary) Vanos, Martin Vanos (1978), Irma (2010) and Ollie Manning. Jim is predeceased by his parents Jacobus (1978) and Mary (1998) and John (1997) and Hendrika (1987) Vanos. Jim will be fondly remembered by his 92 nieces and nephews and many friends both here at home and at Carefree Country Club, Florida. Visitation will be held at the FOREST CHAPEL OF DENNING FUNERAL DIRECTORS on Friday, October 12, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday October 14, 2012 at St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 68 Union St. Forest. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
