It's the end of an era. As the younger brother of one of Gord's friends, I was often the"tag-along" kid. Gord always made sure that I was okay during their exploits. I was very saddened to hear about Gord's passing. When I was in Strathroy a few years ago, I ran into Gord and Jean. I reminded them of the very first pictures we had taken of my son after his arrival in Canada in support of his immigration paperwork. Gord took these pictures for us, and one of them is still in use on his Residency Card today and it’s so cute, we’ve decided we never want to replace it. He is 2 years old in that picture and now he is 27. Our thoughts are with Gord’s family at this time.
