Obituary of George Lane

Peacefully at Bluewater Health Mitton Site on Wednesday, November 15th, 2006, George Robert Lane in his 86th year. George is predeceased by his wife Emily Lane (1997). Dear father of Marjorie and Rick Ford of St. Thomas and Raymond Lane of Oil Springs. Dear grandfather of Carrie (Justin) Looy, Lori Ford and Andrew and Kahla Lane. Great grandfather of Alexis and Austin Lane. Brother of Cecil (Nyhl), Russell (Mary), Lloyd (Louise), Jack (Millie) and sisters Opal Lane and Audrey Foster. Predeceased by parents Andrew (1971) and Elizabeth (1989), sister Doris (2000) and brother in law Eric Foster (1990). Dear brother in law of Lillian (George), Teenie Mills, Irene (Harold) Hamilton, Hildred Mills, Muriel McLellan, Prudence Jackson, Alex and David Millsand Kathaleen Mills. Predeceased by brother in law James Mills, Alex McLellan, Keith Jackson, Charles and Douglas Mills. George will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford on Friday, November 17th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, November 18th, 2006 at 11 am.
