Obituary of Iola Thomas

THOMAS THOMAS Peacefully at Four Counties Hospital, Newbury, Ontario December 29, 2007 Iola Beryl Thomas (nee Terry). Beryl resided in the Four Counties Villa and was in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Harry Thomas (1996). Beryl was predeceased by her sisters Minnie and Eileen and brothers Thomas, Frank and Jack and stepsister Marie Clayton. She is survived by nieces Dorothy (Ralph) Wells of Woodstock, stepsister Evelyn Terry and nieces Barbara Nancekivell and Pat Terry, of Ingersoll and Woodstock and several great nieces and nephews. Beryl and Harry were long time residents of Rodney and following the death of Harry, Beryl moved to the Villa at Newbury, where she enjoyed the company of the staff and residents for the past 6 ½ years. Friends may call at the Padfield Funeral Home in Rodney Monday December 31, 2007. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at a later date in the St. Thomas cemetery.
