Obituary of Annabelle Watson

In Loving Memory of Annabelle Watson

“It’s not the years in your life that count — it’s the life in your years.”

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Annabelle Watson in her 90th year, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Annabelle’s life was defined by her unwavering devotion to those she loved. Her home was a place of warmth and kindness, always open to family and friends. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special, and her love and generosity touched all who knew her.

Cherished wife of the late Clarence Watson (2004). She was the proud mother of her children Gary (Sandra), James (Luanne), Brian (Donna), Nancy and Deborah (Mark). Annabelle’s greatest joy was her family, especially her beloved grandchildren Christopher (Sarah), Scott, Marchan, Nikolaus, Kristine, Elyse, Martina, Kaitlyn, and Joshua and her cherished great-grandchildren Ava, Clara, Everlea, Maisie, Trayvon, Grayson, and Olivia. She took immense pride in each of them and found endless happiness in their accomplishments and presence.

She will be missed by her fur-babies Teddie and Tinker Belle.

Annabelle is also lovingly remembered by her dear sisters, Margaret Johnston and Shirley Helps, with whom she shared a lifetime of laughter, memories, and unbreakable bonds.

She had a deep love for travel, especially cruises, where she found great joy in exploring new places from the sea. Whether sailing to tropical shores or historic ports, she embraced every adventure with excitement and gratitude.

A devoted animal lover, Annabelle supported the well-being of animals throughout her life.

In her memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Sarnia and District Humane Society or the Children’s Hospital, London, causes close to her heart.

She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and love. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear and the love we continue to share.

Annabelle Watson will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A private family funeral service will take place. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made at www.watfordfuneralhome.com
